Once again, AI IS NOT THE CAUSE OF JOB LOSSES, IT IS THE COVER FOR MASS STAFF REDUCTIONS
I have to be honest, nothing in my life has gotten me shouting and yelling faster than talking to AI customer support services.
Holy fuck they are bad. So bad, that I actually cancelled my phone service because my provider switched all support to it.
Then, when I was talking to my mom she mentioned she also cancelled her phone service because they switched to an AI customer support, and she called it, and it pissed her off like nothing else.
So yeah, if you switch your customer support to AI, I’m fucking cancelling. I’ve tried it, it’s shit, it’s not getting better because it’s not supposed to get better. It’s supposed to try to get people to give up in frustration.
