I am playing as the lowest grunt with all help enabled. I am finding it difficult to identify discarded weapons by dying NPCs among the vegetation because there is no longer that identifying ‘dot’ over it now. Only dead people carry that dot.
I am beginning to run low on ammo.

Unless you are victim of the flying headshot glitch, the guns almost always fall at the enemy’s feet. Source: been playing without dots this whole time.
I am that victim 😁 a lot of my potential loot is up in space already.
