Reagan was a trained speaker who knew how to deliver a speech without fumbling over words, throwing insults, or losing track or what he was talking about…which we haven’t had that since 2015.
And he’s right about tariffs.
The the rest of my comment should make it clear I’m not whitewashing anything. Reagan was a terrible person and a terrible president but being a piece of shit and being a skilled public speaker are not mutually exclusive.
