The details are so vague. They don’t mention anything about the intruder being armed at first until refering to him as a gunman on top of the landlord. Did the landlord have his own gun or did he manage to wrestle it out of the naked guys hands? The witness story isn’t clear either as it seems she looked away while the first shot was fired.

Either way my hats off to the old guy. Hope he recovers well. Breaking his legs at his age could mean he will spend the rest of his days in a wheelchair.
