There has been evidence of Russia weaponizing migration and using other measures against the EU to destabilize its societies even long before the invasion of Ukraine, but it’s important that we report on that when new investigations reveal new activities imho.

No. Most extremists are being fed generally false information, specifically designed to be psychological triggers, increasing one’s tendency to turn to aggression and physicality, bringing them near the point of “boiling over” then triggering it once they’re in the right place.
Direct coersion is rarely used when psychological warfare - essentially making the extremists believe it was their own idea to commit acts of terror - is cheaper, and less likely to be traced back to you.

I wouldn’t say employing. That presumes the ‘employee’ was aware of the intentions of the ‘employer’, and acted based on that.
Inciting is a better term, as it conveys the clandestine nature of the real intentions behind the actions.
