    If I make a law that forbids something that only one group does even if it “applys to all” it still disproportionately effects minorities. I’m an anti theist but this is so clearly targeted.

      I mean im not vegan but it makes the most sense to have all public institutions limit offerings to vegan meals as that would cover the largest amount and be good for the environment.
