Yup. I don’t agree with his AI music take either. But Unpopular Opinions of all communities should be one where people are civil about, you know, unpopular opinions. If anything, saying it’s “objectively good” is the thing worth criticizing here, because that makes it seem like a claim, rather than an opinion.

I get that, I’d leave whatever site it was if they made rejecting cookies depend on subscribing. But definitely get uBlock Origin if you don’t have it already. Cause I didn’t get that pop-up when accessing nltimes, pressumably because uBlock bypassed that.

I’m relatively new here so I’ll probably get used to it eventually, however right now I still instinctively go to the top right to get to my account before realizing “Oh wait, it’s not there”.

And only one of them seems to not claim it’s real. The first one that says “reimagining of Jupiter”.

The writers must’ve remembered they forgot to follow-up on this plotline.

I never thought to use “historical” to describe Umamusume, but… you’re not wrong.

I do a similar thing with anime. I do read descriptions to know whether I’m interested or not, but I purposely do that a month before the next batch of anime starts airing. A month prior is late enough that anything that’s going to air during that season will have been announced already, while also being early enough that I’m likely to forget what the description said by the time they actually start airing. I then make a Notepad list with what piqued my interest, and refer to that a month later.

And then yeah, I might add other shows on top of those from the opinions I hear online like you.
