I think this is the case if you add them to your contacts from within signal, compared to doing it yourself in your contacts app.
Really nice to be able to give a call link to another signal user without having to exchange phone numbers or even username. Quite empowering!
One of the features I’d love to see on Signal mobile is screen sharing. Other than that I’m quite satisfied with signal calls all together.
There are at least two criteria for a contact to appear:
If you know they have signal, you can send a message request and they can accept it for you to be able to chat.
