The problem I’ve heard is that DS9 and VOY were shot directly to tape, and not film. This means that there is not a high resolution source to rescan. Another problem is that apparently the studio did not maintain an as shot copy before sfx. So even if it was possible to start with a studio quality master tape for the best source possible, you don’t have a clean version to reapply effects to.
ENT was shot in HD with an updated workflow as Broadcast TV standards had evolved.
This was called out a few days ago, and a update is planned to be installed soon the will hopefully resolve the issue.
I also wanted to add my feedback, but life is always busy. I’ve been experiencing the timeout in boost on android for a few days across multiple internet connections, so I was pretty confident it’s not a ad block, vpn, content filter. Unfortunately it hasn’t made it to priority for me to track in any of my systems. I might be able to log and capture traffic is needed. I’m a network engineer with access to some enterprise grade network gear, unfortunately my primary desktop computer just died due to bad windows update, RIP last install. serving me well for many many years.

I think is is related to the new age verification systems. Everyone was saying this is a bad idea but governments are basically making it required for some of these services.
I don’t have hands on experience with this, but I can say that once you move into addon cards the chance for hotswap from drive bays goes up. Hotplug is a feature that many of the on board and lesser data chips don’t support well.
Legit bots that just watch reddit communities and then link to the reddit post. If I was looking for the reddit post I would be on reddit.
If you want to support the community by spreading something you found to be fun, that’s great. More power to you. Wish I had the time to share what I find enjoyable, but it’s just not a priority for me right now.
And even in the case of a bot, I would feel OK if they linked to the original content and the started the thread with a initial comment along the lines of “more conversation happening over on reddit.” with a link. I’m not looking for a link chain.
Are you posting it to start conversation here or only linking to reddit? None of these bot posts have and community involvement. I don’t have a problem with things exiting in both places, nor do I mind a return of old content. Especially with things being deleted or hidden on reddit. Nostalgia can bring new ideas and conversations as understanding changes over time.
These bots just feel like advertisements for reddit. Look what you can see if you come over here…
I can say with certainty that it’s tiresome finding much of my all feed is covered with repost bots from reddit.
This sounds similar to one we had at work recently. on a new model Dell Latitude, however all we are Windows so I cant provide much assistance and Win11 has changed our whole touch pad config experience. None of the devices we have have the advanced component manufacturer settings windows anymore. Only the generic Windows settings options.
In this case with app passwords it would not. App passwords is a feature to basically support less secure software and scenarios. The problem here is password reuse.
App passwords by design are limited to one auth method or source. Imagine a photo copier sending email. If you needed MFA for each copy and to change the password every 30-90 days, it would be a pain. So app password , longer harder password only used for the one place. But people still use easy password that they use elsewhere.

Our IT Director picked up a copy of Backdoors and Breaches for us to check out. It feels more D&D than what you show. It can be a good thing where the game play can be altered to your actual environment but that requires knowledge and planning with details that could take a long time to put together if you are not already a skilled DM.

That’s half my point. Android is already open for things like this to work. iOS needs to be open and accessible. If Apple allows mirroring in the EU , the regulators will want it accessible cross platform like Android is and not locked to the iOS only works with Mac like they currently have.
I know there are third party tools that mirror iOS to windows, but as I understand it , they all use old or hacked methods that frequently break with updates. Similar to open source airplay receivers using old methods and only supporting audio.
This seems backwards to me. There are already tools to mirror android to any platform. Scrcpy. What I would expect is the EU would want iPhone to mirror easily to other platforms like windows or linux. Would require opening on the newer airplay standards.

Also remember there is a problem with mixing material type in a single nozzle. The purge is not full and will change the chemistry/behavior of the plastic.
The new multi nozzle Bambu suggests using the alternate single filament nozzle for a different material type.

I’ll start with I’ve never actually tried using tpu despite having a roll. I also have a second non mmu printer.
What I do know is there there are multiple levels of softness with tpu. I think I was watching a video about the Prusa Core One, talking about how it handled tpu, and they needed to step up from super soft 60 to less cooked spaghetti like 90 just to feed up the tube and to the print head.
I also remember the MMU settings in the firmware have a material type option per input. I don’t recall if TPU is on the list, but most others are fine without changing this setting, so maybe?
That’s great to hear, and brings back hope that there is a chance. Like Dr Who, lost collections do exist if anything is missing. And fans will go to all sorts of lengths to recover source media if given the opportunity, just look at the animated show Reboot and what the teams are doing to rebuild the video equipment that was used in their processes.
