The Big Bang Theory. Unfunny show that somehow went on for a decade and made a lot of money.

Tech business hasn’t been any tech for a while now. It’s about scamming investors.

It is like that though. A lot of indie horror games imitate early 3d graphics, either because it’s cheap and easy, or to have emotional impact by evoking nostalgia. If you haven’t actually played 3d games of early 90s, those horror games/videos will be your only exposure to these kind of visuals, so that uneasy liminal feeling will be the first one you’ll get. So it’s a bit of inversion going on there.

That’s the worst, mate. Just switching to a different filed may improve things. Nowhere is sunshine and rainbows, but I’m I’m in medical tech and not finance. Helping save lives is at least something I believe in, instead of moving money to siphon money.
Anna Bocca on Youtube has some really good research on US economics through 20th Century.
I was surprised to learn that socialist ideas were popular in 30s due to Great Depression, with most pastors preaching mutual help, support, social support. Then the churches who preach individualism and chase for wealth got funding and newspaper space. Mfs literally redesigned American Christianity.

4·13 days agoI have outdated experience. I loved their first generation device back in 2014. It was again a bit expensive compared to its specs, but I loved its UI and multitasking way of working.
Eventually I switched to an Android device mainly because my banking and communication depended on it. Now there are even more tightly coupled. So maybe in the future I’ll go with two devices: one low end Android for official biz that maybe stays in a drawer, and a good Linux phone.

It’s bad, not worth your time.
