To set up matter for using bluetooth one just needs to go into the matter-server apps settings and turn on “Enable BLE proxy”.

Besides what the name suggests, that also works for local bluetooth dongles.

I litteraly had exactly the same issue last week.

It seems like the subsystem for adding matter devices on Android is part of Play services and not supported in Graphene.

I read around a bit and there are supposed to be ways of adding your phone or a laptop as bluetooth proxies and use them to pair the devices. If that works for you, great! I mearly wasted a few hours trying to get any of that to work and then gave up. What did work for me instead was going to the store, buying a 10€ bluetooth dongle and plugging that into homeassistant.

Whatever route you go, once you HA-instance has access to bluetooth (and you have anabled the bluetooth integration), go to the matter server app and in the configuration toggle “Enable BLE proxy” on.

Then restart the server and you can add your devices in the Matter Server by clicking on comission node -> new thread device and entering the key (including hyphens, found that out the hard way :|…). It does take a bit longer then adding zigbee devices but works and has been stable so far.

I click it when I see it in the app. But knowing there are auto-updates, I might just turn those on instead.

I have regular backups of the entire system, so if I notice something broke, I can always just roll back.

Ich glaube die Nazipropaganda braucht keine faktische Grundlage für ihren Opferkomplex, das schaffen die jetzt schon ganz gut.

Ein Verbot würde aber die Organisation und ihre Strukturen mittelfristig massiv behindern. Die ganzen Netzwerke müssen neu aufgebaut werden, Finanzierung neu organisiert werden, etc. Und das alles ohne der alten Struktur zu ähnlich zu sein (ein Parteiverbot beinhaltet so wie ich das verstanden habe ja auch ein Verbot einer Neugrüdnung unter anderem Namen).

Außerdem behindert es die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit erstmal massiv; keine (öffentlich mitfinanzierten) Wahlplakate mehr, keine Agitationsreden in den Parlamenten, keine Jugendorganisation, keine Wahlkampf/Vernetzungsveranstaltungen. Und mit einem Verbot wird die Partei und deren Mitglieder auch von einigen Medien anders behandelt werden (müssen). Gerade in den Öffentlich rechtlichen würde ich eine andere Berichterstattung und weniger Talkshow-Einladungen sehen.

Durch die Verbannung aus Parlamenten sind dann auch wieder Koalitionen möglich, die besser zusammen passen und nicht nur auf dem kleinsten gemeinsamen Nenner (‘nicht die AFD’) setzen. So kann man meiner Meinung nach bessere Politik machen und nicht immer nur in einem ‘muss ja’-Modus weiterverwalten. Auch das wäre langfristig gut für unsere Gesellschaft und bietet glaube ich eine Chance das von dir erwähnte mangelnde Vertrauen in die Politik ein bisschen zurück zu gewinnen.

Natürlich ist ein Verbot kein Allheilmittel und wird die meisten aktuellen AFD-Wähler/*innen nicht zu lupenreinen Demokrat/*innen konvertieren. Aber es stoppt den Wachstum ersteinmal und nimmt ihr mittelfristig viel Einfluss auf den Rest der Gesellschaft.

Qualifizierte Durchsuchungen gab es aber nicht, da es keinen Durchsuchungsbeschluß gab und das konkrete Haus als Tatort nicht benannt werden konnte.
