  • For all of them, I just put the seeds/nuts in a blender and blended them and bashed them with the tamper until they turned into a non-Newtonian fluid. The sunflower seeds and pistachios were already roasted and salted, and the peanuts were already roasted and I added a bit of salt and honey.

You need a powerful blender with a tamper for this, though: I have a Vitamix 5200 I bought off Kijiji (because new ones are extremely expensive).

I found that the peanut butter in particular was not really worth it: 1 kg of peanuts seemed to be roughly the same price as a 2 kg jar of peanut butter.

  • When I was in high school, I volunteered for a couple of days in a special ed class, which, I guess by definition, contained people with sub-100 IQ (sub-70, even). I guess that fits your specifications. One thing I remember observing was that the girls were more capable of stringing together coherent sentences than the boys.

Also, a couple of years ago, I worked as a school bus driver for 3 months while looking for a tech job. There seemed to be much more variance in intelligence among my colleagues than I was used to: some seemed to be just as smart as most of the ones in my previous tech jobs, but others, while they were generally nice enough, seemed to fail to grasp basic concepts or retain information very well during the training.

  • Still the same.

My observation is that the Canadian travel advisories site generally seems to be updated in a timely manner. Very soon after Trump’s invasion of Iran, for example, multiple Middle Eastern countries, including the UAE, were marked as “Avoid all travel” or “Avoid non-essential travel”.

The fact that they mark the US as lower-risk than multiple European countries that I would consider much safer definitely lowers my trust in them, though.

  • I’ve travelled to a few countries in Europe. Spain may not be Latin America, but it definitely seemed to have a noticeably more extroverted culture than the other countries I visited: multiple strangers started talking to me on the streets and in grocery stores and such, even though my Spanish is terrible, and I remember even the bus drivers being particularly friendly.
