I think you’re grossly underestimating how hard it is to go from theory to actually playing half decently in lots of instruments.
Recorder, well you’re probably right. Piano, strings, guitar, drums and any woodwinds or brass: hell yeah
Intonation is not the hardest part of playing violin. NOT playing like you’re killing a cat is the hardest part for beginner.

So from employee perspective, CEOs are easy to replace because they just assign work to be done. Because that’s the easy part and if you give wrong instructions, someone with actual intelligence and actual hands would eventually do it right.
Flip the coin, and get someone that knows their stuff and let them assign work to incompetent people and or AI, and what do you get? Slop.

War is business to billionaires, one of the best. Most of the money that goes into war doesn’t make it into salaries and veteran services, it goes into suppliers. And the biggest suppliers are VERY big, and are run by VERY large corporations.
War is yet another way of transferring money from everyday people into billionaires pockets. And it’s way more effective at doing that than Amazon.
