Part of the problem is that lemmy doesn’t really let me set a thumbnail, so first frame of the video is what people see. If it’s 10 minutes, and the first 30s are setup / intro, most people click away without seeing where it’s going. 🤷♀️ (at least I imagine it’s part of the problem, not like I have analytics to prove it)
