i wonder why they didn’t seek retribution for this like they’re doing for everything else.
They already said they will demand reparations after the war. I’m sure this will be a part of that.
How does one pay for reparations for future generations?
Nothing’s going to make up for the brutality Iran has suffered for decades at the hands of the empire. But they will extract their pound of flesh now.
They can’t really. A similar crime would only hurt civilian populations, and it would have to be the populations of a closer country since they can’t hit the USA.
Population centers are the last thing they’re going to hit, they’re focused on trade + finance, pressuring the Gulf states, taking out the Iron Dome (almost done), and Israeli infrastructure
