Many trans men find a receding hairline affirming. They genuinely want it. Its literally the worst part about being a man. I don’t understand why anyone would want THAT.

Never say never, I went on E. I thought I saw the earliest signs of receding hairline and after a year of HRT, that fear is all gone now.
That said, there’s finasteride, that can help, and as an added bonus, it’s also an antiandrogen.
