“The government should prevent people from seeing this” is promoting censorship. Suggesting people ignore something is just a boycott.
Unrelated to politico and Springer, wouldn’t you say that a lot of the current fake news, anti-science trends are pushed by grifters trying to make money by sensationalizing everything? How would you deal with people peddling falsehoods to get money?
That’s fraud and its illegal. What they do is color information which is not.
Where is lying illegal? There are tons of “creators” that either propagate themselves or platform lies. Nothing is done about them.
