The entire Israeli political spectrum is united in blasting Netanyahu for not continuing to attack Iran, and Israeli society agrees. The reason, to put it simply, is that Israelis are war junkies.

I remember polls saying that 80% of Israelis actually support Israel aggressions, so there is that.
I completely lost my hope that Israel is capable of changing from the inside. The only way to change it are sanctions and disarmament.
They’re pretty much brainwashed into it from birth was my understanding. So sad.

I wonder how much of this is due to mandatory conscription? Force everyone to join the military and eventually you end up with an entire country with a military mindset.
