Dodge Charger Daytona EV really struggling for sales because the target demographic of people that buy these cars doesn’t have a lot of overlap with people that buy EVs. So Chevy is probably not going to want to have the same struggle with their Camaro.
Honestly, I have no idea what EV buyers want from a car. If I where to buy an EV it would be purely utilitarian reasons. Do Camaro/Miata esque EVs even exist, like EVs that exist purely for driving pleasure at a reasonable price?
Not really. Supposedly the ioniq N models are fun to drive, but those are basically just different trim kevels of already existing models, and they primarily make themselves fun to drive by pretending to be gas cars.
