Asking on my own behalf - I’m in my early twenties and actively noticed my hair starting to thin a few months ago. I’m honestly a bit uncomfortable with how quickly it’s been progressing as I quite like my hair.

    Maybe it’s stress or something?

I am not a doctor, so speak with a professional about it. That, I think, is a deficiency in lysine, zinc and iron. You may need supplementation or eat more foods with these minerals. I would go for their natural forms in food or supplement form, and not the synthetic forms that could get people sick. I’m actually doing this myself, and my hair is looking okay (I would need to do this for at least a month to see if that works). I also have it in my 20’s (genetic issue), and it’s a genetic deficiency in those three minerals I had mentioned.
