If I wrote a fictional black character with the exact characteristics of Thomas, I would be bashed for claiming I was taking racist stereotypes to an extreme. Basically having an asskissing Uncle Tom who’s all about ‘where dah white women at!’ and being extremely easily mesmerized by nice things (bribery… my god the bribery!), and completely lacking in any sense of morality.
