According to Germany I am also Norwegian. But Norway doesn’t even know I exist. So I don’t think I’m normal-ass.

No idea. We have a rule about only spending 3% or something per year. So less than it grows. It’s used as funding for the state. Some outside the budgets but mostly within.
So we gain something, but it’s hard to single out.
Free university tho?
We had that before the fund too. If anything i guess it fills up the hole left by lowering top taxes
That’s not just a Norwegian thing. Many other countries have that as well.
