I am diagnosed adhd so that fits I suppose.
Were you diagnosed as Autistic too?
No, it’s just something I’m recently realizing may be applicable based on my own experiences and observations, alongside scoring pretty high on the RAADS-R self-test. Planning on talking to my doc about it soon
I got a psych eval a few years ago and it was clear as day.
But also: many therapists and psychiatrists said beforehand.
I always knew too.
