Quiting nicotine entirely was one of the best decisions of my life.

For far too long, it was a crutch, a cope. i thought i needed it, that i was too weak without, and that i could only get by the daily suffering with its comforting puffs and convienent breaks.

I did not need that crutch, i did not need that cope. I did need the pauses to breath, but you dont need to smell like a smoker or a fragrance section of the mall to pause for a breath.

Just breath, you can handle life without nicotine, and its actually much easier without it and the coughing, and the running to stores to re-up, and the drain on cash, and the earned judgmental looks, and the frenzied withdraws and excuses.

If you are still a smoker or vaper, i beg of you to unshackle yourself from it, you hold the keys, noone else can unshackle you, set yourself free and stop poisoning yourself.

Yes the first two weeks are going to suck a lot, deal with it, the rest of your life awaits you.

It took me a decade of being shackled to that worthless drug to get the clue, and its been over two years of realizing how little i actually needed it. The idea repulses me now.

Please do yourself the favor: quit nicotine.

Of course Trump administration wants you sick and addicted. Hell a report just came out on just how bad this shit is. They should be banned.
