Status Coup reporter Jordan Chariton reports on ICE agents attacking 19-year-old Jeury Concepcion in the Bronx, bloodying his face and leaving him with a concussion and needing to get seven stitches. ICE did not ask him for his ID and ignored bystanders screaming that he was a citizen.
