Outnumbered 15 to 1. I’d say any victory for a force difference that large is a strategic victory no matter how much general tso’s long pig they ate.
To me the craziest part is the battle only took a few months. A few months for tens of thousands to die.
If the sacred ancestors didn’t want us to eat civilians, why did they make them so damn delicious?
