Not because he, particularly, embodies christianity, but that all the christians in the US seem to claim he does.
He kind of does, though. I mean. Lets be honest. The only evidence Jesus ever did miracles, or the apostles ever did miracles, comes solely from the scriptures. Specifically the gospels and acts.
The only evidence we have at all are the claim.
More to the point, if miracles happen, we’d know it.
So it’s reasonably safe to say that Jesus probably faked all sorts of miracles.
So if he was just faking miracles, then he too was grifting the shit out of everyone around him. Trump might be the most christ-like person I have ever seen. I’m not saying Trump is a good (or even just decent,) person.
