When Russia loses this war, Kaliningrad needs to be absorbed into Europe, out of Russian hands.
While I do support that, since Russia has shown they aren’t trustworthy enough to have territory that far into EU or Nato, who would want to deal with it?
Off the top of my head, Poland, but there could be a longterm lease, maybe 99 years, on a part of the oblast to house a base for a multinational defence presence?
