I just throw instagram into https://fastdl.app/ and facebook into https://fdown.net/

Tiktok generally lets you use the webclient without logging in enough to get a single link to work.

Or just don’t use those at all. Most of it is not worth the trouble and TikTok should be avoided anyway.
