    bit late. Maybe if they had done this 2 decades ago then the rideshare industry wouldn’t have taken over. Taxi accreditation is almost worthless these days due to years of abusive behaviour and doubling down: I’m no fan of rideshare platforms, but having better control earlier so people didn’t have such a negative view of taxis would have helped.

    Good, I’ve gotten taxis before because work gives a cab charge and you say you’re going to the hotel around the corner from the airport and they refuse.

    How are they gonna enforce it? Unless there’s a big fat button on the dash a customer can slap to electrocute the driver’s testicles it’s a toothless rule. The taxi cartel won’t do shit
