    Putin could stop the invasion at any moment. Yet he chooses to continue it, sending thousands upon thousands of young Russians to their deaths. Russian imperialism and the oligarchs need this war—they don’t want it to end. They will send more and more Russians to their deaths.

    I hope that Russian society will rise up and get rid of the right-wing authoritarian regime and the oligarchs.

    Damn, that’s crazy. 500% loss. What makes that even more crazy is that you need time to learn how to use and service equipment, so replacing everyone 5 times means that they would’ve had to plan this in advance and start training the replacement army in advance.
