There were no tariffs on Cuba, Iran, Venezuela either. There is no official trade with all of these nations.

Certainly the Ukraine proxy war on Russia was significantly a US war on Europe. And there is a potential for getting Russia’s assistance in finishing off Europe for US gain. But Europe will fully cooperate in their own destruction, out of US loyalty.
