He said this back when he unsuccessfully ran for leader back in 2015 or 2019 (can’t remember which) and has recently said that labour got it wrong about how they reacted to Gaza (whether that includes actively participating in the genocide, proscribing the group that were protesting it and jailing some of those protestors under terrorism legislation remains to be seen).

Seeing as he has kept the same home secretary that excitedly wanked herself into a froth about purging forward with the surveillance state and oversaw jailing those protestors, I don’t really hold out much hope but if he continues with a lot of the same policies as his predecessor, he will be absolutely fucked in the election in a couple of years.
