You may discuss calling them fascist (ahem espescially-having-a-look-at-a-certain-longest-yet-serving-Prime-Minister-of-Isreal) but the aren’t really nazis. And yes, nazis and fascists are different types of assholes (fascism being the broader term), at least if you are talking about those two in Germany and when it comes to German law which is relevant in this case.
