I have accounts with them for Drupal and WordPress hosting. They migrated everything over from the previous (American) hosting company with little fuss. I agree with other responses that these things are much more complex than a sitebuilder. CrocWeb has a sitebuilder (called SitePad) as well, but I haven’t used it so I can’t tell you how capable it is.
I have had excellent experience with their sales and technical support, and their prices are very reasonable (starting at just over USD $1/month).
