The Kennedy Centerās board voted Thursday to inscribe President Donald Trumpās name into the storied buildingās white marble facade and proceed with a lengthy shutdown of the venue to accommodate an extensive $250 million renovation project, according to ex officio member Rep. Joyce Beatty.
The decision comes just months after a judge ruled that separate signage bearing the presidentās name had to be taken off the buildingās marquee. The new inscription will test the order, though due to ongoing litigation the judge has the power to delay the projects.
The board, which Trump fired en masse last year and restocked with allies, voted to close the centerās main building, while The Reach, a newer expansion to the facility, will remain open for limited events. It will also serve as a memorial to former President John F. Kennedy.
No wonder the tarp never came down.

Iām confused. You say āhereā, but then claim to be from a country being bombed by trump. Whatās your nationality?
Huh? Not sure where I said I was from somewhere other then the yāall zone in the USA. The USA does attack me and my people through the police state (war on drugs) and the economic system on a daily basis. Perhaps I was talking about that in a comment you read.
This is what I was asking about. It sounds like you were saying that you were in one of the various countries this country bombs or otherwise attacks on a daily basis.
