He’ll be gone by the time the fallout from his fuck-ups become so apparent that even Wall Street can’t blow them off any more. Few other countries will do business with us anymore, and they’ll have squeezed every last drop of juice out of the American populace so there’ll be no more growth from any source except from the wealthy eating each other.
