🇮🇷 By the end of the current year, the Qom missile “megacity” will have completed its remaining sections and fully entered the operational phase.
Recognized as Iran’s largest and best-equipped missile city, the complex is rumoured to surpass even the Isfahan facility in terms of scale.
Another missile city in Alborz Province is also nearing completion.
An underground railway network is believed to connect Iran’s missile cities and missile production hubs.

🇮🇷🇺🇸| The Guardian is still pushing this fake fabricated story about Iran stoning a woman to death DESPITE it’s writer admitting that the entire story is fabricated.
Yet the Guardian still has the story up.
Even if they delete it, the story already did the damage it wanted. It’s picked up by multiple local outlets in countries and Iran will be once again falsely painted as gruesome.

And this is just the rare instance in which the author admits to wholesale fabrication. There are many more just as made up that will never be admitted to. And many where the author just had the entire story handed to them by intelligence agencies to publish in their name.

The geopolitics of the ‘Kurdish Opening’
Ankara’s latest Kurdish peace bid carries ambitions far beyond the republic’s borders.

Some of the quotes in this article from Kurdish political leaders reek of opportunism. Allow me to give an example if what I mean, which has solidified for me that the Kurdistan movement is little more than a regional variant of labor Zionism.
I went to Iraq, I went to Syria. All Kurds have their eyes on Turkiye. They still see themselves as a part of Turkiye since the Ottoman era. Kurds can only live a just life and be free with Turks. They have no other choice.

UPDATE | Iran denies receiving invitation to join Mecca defense pact
Expand
Iran has denied reports that it was invited to join the Mecca defense pact between Saudi Arabia, Turkiye and Pakistan, while confirming that proposals have been made to hold talks with the three countries on regional security.
The clarification followed comments by Mehdi Rahimi, head of the Iranian parliament’s Khaneh Mellat news agency, who told Al-Mayadeen on Saturday that Tehran had received an invitation to join the pact and was considering the offer.
However, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei dismissed the claim on Monday, saying Tehran had received no formal invitation. He added that proposals for discussions with the three pact members on wider regional security issues had been made and were being considered.

❗️Less than 20 vessels transit Strait of Hormuz over weekend
Expand
Fewer than 20 commodity vessels passed through the Strait of Hormuz over the weekend, according to shipping data released on Monday.
Kpler shiptracking data showed four vessels crossed the strait on Sunday by 02:28 GMT, following 13 crossings on Saturday. The figures could be revised as some ships turned off their transponders while navigating the waterway.
The weekend total compared with 16 crossings on Friday. Two empty very large crude carriers (VLCC) entered the Gulf with their tracking systems switched off, with one bound for Iraq and the other for Bahrain, according to the data.
A VLCC carrying 2 million barrels of Emirati crude left the strait on Thursday.
Kpler data also showed that eight very large gas carriers crossed the waterway over the three-day period. Six entered the Gulf empty, while two carrying liquefied petroleum gas loaded in Iran exited the Gulf.
Traffic remained subdued during the week ending 21 August, as vessels abandoned planned crossings or diverted to routes through the northern part of the strait following attacks, the UK Maritime Trade Operations said in a report.
According to the report, which was based on Automatic Identification System data, 89 vessels exited the strait while 103 entered during the seven-day period.
