But stupidly high powered UV lights might be enough to turn you into either a white or black blob to the camera, if you made something like a crown with 360 coverage.

The difficulty would be in figuring out how bright you need to be in UV, to overwhelm the sensor, at what range, in what lighting conditions, in a way that would hopefully not also blind people.
Shssh man, not me, I would not do anything like that. But some people might and imagine a great full body costume and electronic stuff in a Faraday wrap like an aluminum mummy, is not bulletproof but might just avoid being detected and interact with the delicious $300 of copper inside them.
Flock cameras… are primarily cameras.
Chicken wire and aluminum foil makes a half decent faraday cage.
A faraday cage does not make you… optically invisible or indiscernable.
You can probably just make a hat, with UV leds, wires to a battery.
