I don’t think Jodie Foster is a snake, but I guess it is ok that she is the first one to receive the new cancer treatment if the python said so…

Maybe it’s like calling someone “humane” for us.

The state of the science for reptile care is advancing so fast that we sometimes still don’t know what a reasonable lifespan in captivity is for some species. She might have gotten 10 years in 1980 but now 25 is feasible.

Great, now our shapeshifting lizard people oligarchs will rule for thousands more years!

I hate that I have to mention I’m kidding because so many people believe that’s real these days…

Well, I have some good news: https://www.wavy.com/news/local-news/john-hinckley-jr-says-of-jodie-foster-now-i-wish-her-well/

I live in Newport News but spent several years in Williamsburg, where he lives. At one point he was trying to open a music store that would have been in the strip mall next to where I have dialysis.

Just amused by the timing of that (he doesn’t make the news often here, but occasionally…) vs. this article. (He shot Reagan in a weird attempt to get Jodie Foster to like him)
