The post isn’t directly on the privacy but touches on the tangent of the topic. The focus is on the meaning of communities, what the walled gardens usually means and what we as individual could do to improve it. In a general sense it’s a birds eye view on the topic.
Maybe can be worth a reading.
All feedback is welcomed.
Edit: Edited to also include the topics of discussion on the post.
I’ve seen a few of your posts around on the fedi and they’ve always made me think, so thank you for sharing! Would you consider a full-text RSS feed by any chance? I’d love to add your blog to my reading list.
I would love, if wasn’t the
webai crawlers fcuking my limit, I added one and spiked to 120gb of data transfer in a few hours…Edit,
I don’t know the state of the RSS feed. But would a RSS feed for the last post be enough for the feed to have the text and the remaning be just a link? Because I can tank this on the data transfer.I’ll figure out how I generate the static file for the feed and see how the whole thing works. Maybe this could be a solution, not perfect, but a solution.
Ah, the AI crawlers have screwed everything up again :( I’m sorry that it’s so difficult. Anyway, no pressure.

Yeah, that would be enough for me! Or even a separate feed with just the latest article. I’m pretty sure my feed reader would notice a change to the existing entry and download it again when it updated to be just the link, although I’m sure I could filter that out.
I’ve done the change. Also, this change made me realize that has been more than 10 years since I last properly gave attention to the RSS feed. I think it’s time to add on my homelab an instance of a rss feed so I can play some more on the topic.
Also, the last post is in full. Hopefully my transfer bill won’t bite me :D
Thank you so much! Of course, no worries if you drop it at any time.
It would be helpful if you explained what it does cover that you think is worth reading.
Fair point, I’ll update the description.
Edited.
Thanks!
