The post Xitter web has spawned so many āesotericā right wing freaks, but thereās no appropriate sneer-space for them. Iām talking redscare-ish, reality challenged āculture criticsā who write about everything but understand nothing. Iām talking about reply-guys who make the same 6 tweets about the same 3 subjects. Theyāre inescapable at this point, yet I donāt see them mocked (as much as they should be)
Like, there was one dude a while back who insisted that women couldnāt be surgeons because they didnāt believe in the moon or in stars? I think each and every one of these guys is uniquely fucked up and if I canāt escape them, I would love to sneer at them.

Iād be curious to see how they defined āharmfulā in their test, since it looks like Claude codeās technically-not-yolo mode is looking for āactions that are irreversible, destructive, or targeted outside of your environmentā which covers a lot of normal actions, especially depending on how you define which resources are in āyour environmentā.
And yes, Iām sure that the fact that the flow of operations theyāre outline will massively increase the number of times that the system automatically retries things, this increasing token usage, is going to be fully accounted for when they review the financials on how many tokens people are paying for.
I think more than half the issues would be solved with a well placed
git stashand the rest .I was talking with a few friends last weekend who work at different companies, all of us have been getting a lot more trouble getting databricks and AWS spot instances over the last month.
