If you look back at the past 15-20 years, it might shed light on this immigration stuff being theater to mask something bigger.
I think ice is being built up to defend a future social issue. The immigration issues aligns with the datacenter and ai boom. I think ICE is actually just a force being built up because USA doesn’t want to tarnish police and militarys image. I think the “issue” they are being built for is the roll out of modern surveillance and ai policing and profiling infrastructure. And this seems to be getting done while trump is used as a theatrical distraction. People wouldn’t want this modern infrastructure so feds needed to find a way to make it happen. And if people ever realize this, ICE is going to be the force fighting citizens. In doing this police and military still have integrity because they weren’t the ones to fuck with civilians.
