Entries to the 2027 Copenhagen Half Marathon go to a free public draw from Sept. 16, and there will be no resale platform for runners who cannot make it.

    To me it seems that the only drawback is that they also did away with bib re-sale. There doesn’t seem to be any info on what happens to the slot if a runner commits, pays for the bib, and then DNS’s. Seems like a waste of a bib.

        Did you read the article? It specifically says they will be ending that practice.

        There will be no resale platform for CPH Half 2027. An entry belongs to the runner it is issued to and cannot be passed to anyone else
