Come on, it’s Janeway we’re talking about. She’d headshot Khan, Dukat, then proceed to murder Tuvix with her bare hands and glee in her eyes.
Conviction, certainly. Purpose, definitely.
Janeway feels glee only for coffee.
Killing Tuvix was her duty, not her pleasure.
I don’t think she’d have a moral problem with Khan and I could see her having a tawdry affair with Dukat.
More likely that Dukat would try to use Tuvix as a hostage, and Janeway would calmly call his bluff. Khan would push Dukat into following through on his threat to kill Tuvix, and then Janeway would take them both out whilst they argued.
She would split Tuvix back into Neelix and Tuvok and use the gun to shoot them.
