Suggestions on blogs and channels for studying English?

Asking for someone else, but would you guys have any recommendations? The guy speaks Portuguese, Norwegian, and a bit of Swedish and Italian.

Don’t have any recs really, but clarifying questions:

Do you mean studying English itself, like grammar etc, or just interesting input in English?

What skill level is your friend at so far?

  Studying, and he seems to know only the basic as taught in Brazil.
