Road rage confrontation on New York Thruway ends with attempted murder charge

The incident unfolded Sunday afternoon after investigators say 28-year-old Elmy Manuel Sandoval-Firpo cut off another driver while turning into a gas station on Tuckahoe Road.

Once both drivers were back on the Thruway, authorities say Sandoval-Firpo rammed the other vehicle and fired a gun at the driver.
