It’s a shame the fediverse hasn’t gained enough mass.
It’s the same with mastodon. For a while there it seemed like it might, but when it didn’t plenty returned to twitter or simply gave up on social media.
I’m not sad that twitter, reddit, etc. are all shit now. I know I’m not alone in wasting far too much time on there, writing comments for imaginary points and medals.

I’m angry and resentful. Their owners betrayed the social contract that elevated them in the first place. They pulled the rug after years of authentic contributions which should’ve been seen as a criminal theft of labor. Fuck em, they’re unworthy of us.
