If there is a post where a comment has been marked as the solution you can’t tell until you open the post. I think you should be able to see from the front page that it has been solved.
This is in communities specifically marked as a question community.

Huh, I thought I coded it to automatically add the ‘Solved’ community flair but evidently not.
One workaround is using the check emoji, but I don’t think it can be sorted or filtered that way
