That looks amazing man. Homemade sourdough alone makes my mouth water.
I thought to myself like 3 months ago “I should make bread. I can make sourdough, it’s all just flour and water!”.
This is the 2nd attempt which worked but if I were to do it over again I’d probably just buy some damn starter instead of making my own.
